The North Carolina Permitting Personnel Association is now an International Code Council Chapter. Chapter status is awarded to organizations of code-related industry professionals who support and promote the mission and goals of the International Code Council. Individually and as a group, chapter members work to create partnerships with members of the building community and increase public awareness of the value of code officials in our daily lives. NCPPA is honored to become the fifth chapter in North Carolina and joins the other four industry associations which include the Building Inspectors, Fire Marshals, Mechanical Inspectors, and Plumbing Inspectors. An important objective of our chapter is to develop and advance the professional abilities of our members by providing educational seminars and training, industry updates, networking opportunities, support and shared expertise and experiences.
